The REVIER Hospitality Group AG is the management company of our hotel brands PRIVÀ and REVIER. At our headquarters in Lenzerheide, we develop locations for our two hotel concepts and are responsible for marketing and managing the group. We are reinterpreting the hotel industry and are looking for movers and shakers who are up for new adventures and think "out-of-the-box". 

"Everything can, nothing must" is the PRIVÀ motto. Guests reside in stylish flats and can use the services of a hotel if they wish. PRIVÀ is located in selected holiday destinations or in cities as PRIVÀ Living. 

Revier is the young and dynamic hotel brand whose properties are located in exciting locations or cities. The lifestyle concept focuses on modern design, uncomplicated socialising and a trendy food and drink offering.

Head of Human Resources Group (m/f)

As Head of Human Resources for our hotel group with the two brands "PRIVÀ" and "REVIER", you will play a central role in the co-design and implementation of progressive HR strategies. As part of the expansion, you will further develop the Human Resources department and create effective and efficient structures for co-operation. You will work at the head office in the Graubünden region, but will also be in demand at the respective locations in Switzerland and neighbouring countries depending on the situation. 

As the focal point for all HR matters, you will play a key role in the further development of our Group. In addition to recruiting and hiring new employees, your tasks will primarily include the development of talent and managers. You attach great importance to a creative working environment and encourage unconventional approaches. The ability to react quickly to change and, in particular, to act with foresight is in line with your personality.  

You have many years of professional experience in the field of human resources in the hotel industry - including at least 5 years in a managerial role - and have the relevant training. Knowledge of other operational areas of the hotel industry is also an advantage. Your sound experience in HR qualifies you for the further development of a centrally managed team. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills enable you to interact with people at all levels and create a positive, productive working environment. With your strategic vision and creativity in expanding internal training programmes, you will promote the continuous development of the Group. You are fluent in German and English at a business fluent level. Knowledge of French is an additional advantage.
