The REVIER Hospitality Group AG is the management company of our hotel brands PRIVÀ and REVIER. At our headquarters in Lenzerheide, we develop locations for our two hotel concepts and are responsible for marketing and managing the group. We are reinterpreting the hotel industry and are looking for movers and shakers who are up for new adventures and think "out-of-the-box". 

"Everything can, nothing must" is the PRIVÀ motto. Guests reside in stylish flats and can use the services of a hotel if they wish. PRIVÀ is located in selected holiday destinations or in cities as PRIVÀ Living. 

Revier is the young and dynamic hotel brand whose properties are located in exciting locations or cities. The lifestyle concept focuses on modern design, uncomplicated interaction and a trendy food and beverage offer. 

To support our CEO, we are looking for a committed person by arrangement

 

ASSISTANT - 80-100%

In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and support him and the internal departments in various projects. Your tasks are varied and diverse and allow you to take on responsibility and play an active role. Controlling, business analyses, process adjustments and support for various projects are your main areas of responsibility. You will also provide administrative support for site developments and construction projects, sales and marketing activities and/or in other areas of the hotel group. Your place of work will be in Lenzerheide (relocation to Chur is planned) and you will be involved in the respective hotel locations in Switzerland and Austria as required.

Ideally, you have work experience in the hotel and catering industry and have a bachelor's degree with sound business knowledge. If you already have experience in project management, controlling or as a management assistant, we consider this to be a clear advantage. You are used to prioritising and making flexible changes as required. You work independently, are process- and solution-orientated and appreciate the versatility of your area of responsibility. You are open to new ideas, willing to learn and are characterised by a high level of self-motivation and perseverance.

You are familiar with the digitalised world and have a high affinity for technical systems and very good IT and MS Office user skills. You speak German very well and your English is business fluent. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
