Your Revier has 86 rooms for 1-4 people with a total of 188 beds. In the Revier restaurant, we focus on good, uncomplicated cuisine at fair prices and high quality. Great events and cool live acts in the large bar area with stage and DJ booth create a great atmosphere in the restaurant. There is no reception at Revier, we entertain guests at the bar and in the restaurant and offer a helping hand wherever necessary.

Your Revier in Adelboden is on the hunt for a

CO-CHIEF (m/f/d)

We want to establish co-management in the Adelboden Revier - two people, one mission - two co-chiefs who will run the Adelboden Revier together

While the F&B area is already excellently covered, we are looking for you as a leader in the area of accommodation. With your commitment, your work ethic and your solution-orientation, you are a role model for the employees and are aware of this at all times. You are looking for a varied job in which you enjoy actively working in front of and behind the scenes. You want to 'move' people and things in a dynamic environment and keep an overview and the necessary calm even in hectic situations.

The hotel and catering industry is your passion - it's where you feel at home. You accompany your guests and the team and ensure that everything runs smoothly. As a member of the management team, you work with your co-chief to ensure the planning of employees and provide support where you can. You maintain an overview and are primarily responsible for tasks in the rooms area. The role of host is in your blood and you enjoy being a central point of contact. Then YOU might be our new CO-CHIEF.

You are a positive and solution-orientated doer with a high level of self-motivation and a sense of the big picture. You are well organised and would like to play a versatile role in the management of a REVIER. You have experience in the front and back office and in housekeeping - plus a hotel management degree and are willing to continuously develop yourself. You enjoy working in a team and enjoy being a unit with your Co-Chief, who can trust, complement and represent each other. Your main language is German and you can express yourself very well in English - then we should get to know each other!
