The REVIER Hospitality Group AG is the management company of our hotel brands PRIVÀ and REVIER. At our headquarters in Lenzerheide, we develop locations for our two hotel concepts and are responsible for marketing and managing the group. We are reinterpreting the hotel industry and are looking for movers and shakers who are up for new adventures and think "out-of-the-box". 

"Everything can, nothing must" is the PRIVÀ motto. Guests reside in stylish flats and can use the services of a hotel if they wish. PRIVÀ is located in selected holiday destinations or in cities as PRIVÀ Living. 

Revier is the young and dynamic hotel brand whose properties are located in exciting locations or cities. The lifestyle concept focuses on modern design, uncomplicated socialising and a trendy food and drink offer. 

In connection with the growth of our group in Switzerland and Austria, we are looking for a

EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF GROUP

In this role, you will be the right hand of our Executive Chef Group and support him in all operational, strategic and conceptual matters. This involves regular assignments with our current 7 chefs in Switzerland and Austria to ensure compliance with our standardised processes and to provide targeted training and coaching. They are also sparring partners and creative co-thinkers when it comes to the design of our offer, products and the further development of our concepts. Finally, they also provide support in monitoring operational planning and calculations and are involved in the opening of new hotels.   

You are trained as a chef and have professional experience as a chef. You feel at home in a lively and dynamic environment and are characterised by initiative and a strong can-do mentality. You are passionate about your job and enjoy passing on your knowledge. You are well organised, flexible and adaptable, have a quick grasp of things and are highly self-motivated. Working in different companies at the same time and reconciling different needs is exactly what you are looking for. You communicate clearly and convincingly and have a natural authority. Teamwork is a matter of course for you. We require very good oral and written German language skills, a willingness to travel and an affinity for technical systems
