Operations Specialist specialising in MICE St. Gallen

The Revier Säntispark in Abtwil/SG, which opened in May 2025, is uncomplicated and authentic. REVIER - your new favourite place for Forays through the day and night. And also your new workplace. To strengthen our Operations team, we are looking for YOU as an Operations Specialist with a focus on MICE.

In this position, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for the hotel group's centrally managed booking processes, with a particular focus on the MICE sector. You will create customised Offers and take direct responsibility for successful events in our hotels. With your competent and empathetic demeanour, you will contribute to the long-term business relationship between our stakeholders and us. You will also act as 2nd level support for individual reservation enquiries that require your specialised knowledge.

You have completed training in the hotel industry and have several years of professional experience. Friendly and professional communication and a strong service orientation are among your strengths. Your working style is structured, solution-orientated and characterised by a high affinity for technical systems.

As an open-minded person with a wide range of interests, you think in a networked and cross-departmental way. You are motivated to grow in your role and learn new things. In order to better understand the processes, you are also happy to support the operational hotel business in day-to-day operations if required.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and communicate clearly and effectively. Your native language is German and you have a business fluent command of written and spoken English. Ideally, you also have a good knowledge of French. To get to know the companies and our employees better, you will also visit them from time to time and carry out your work directly on site.
