Together with your team, you will be responsible for the production and preparation of food for the à la carte and seminar/banquet business. You are jointly responsible for incoming goods and stock control in accordance with HACCP guidelines and for checking and ensuring the quality of the dishes and food. You are confident in all positions and compliance with and monitoring of hygiene principles are just as important to you as they are to us - then you should read on.
You are a chef with heart and soul and love your job. You have completed training as a chef and are eager to learn and open to new things. You are dedicated, highly motivated and highly committed and enjoy working in a team. Reliability and a high sense of duty characterise you, as do your positive attitude and your passion for cooking. If you can communicate well in German and enjoy helping to instruct and train our apprentices - then we should definitely get to know each other!
