The REVIER Hospitality Group AG is the management company of our hotel brands PRIVÀ and REVIER. At our headquarters in Lenzerheide, we develop locations for our two hotel concepts and are responsible for marketing and managing the group. We are reinterpreting the hotel industry and are looking for movers and shakers who are up for new adventures and think "out-of-the-box". 

"Everything can, nothing must" is the PRIVÀ motto. Guests reside in stylish flats and can use the services of a hotel if they wish. PRIVÀ is located in selected holiday destinations or in cities as PRIVÀ Living. 

Revier is the young and dynamic hotel brand whose properties are located in exciting locations or cities. The lifestyle concept focuses on modern design, uncomplicated socialising and a trendy food and drink offering.

We are always looking for interested young managers who want to grow with us into the future. It doesn't matter whether the shoes already fit. With us, you can take big or small steps along the way. We will plan the future together and you will work in various management or deputy management positions (Rooms, Events, MICE, F&B) within our PRIVÀ and Revier brands while receiving a full salary. You will be operationally active and will be able to contribute and deepen your expertise. Our aim is to give you an insight into our philosophy of the two hotel brands, to support you in your management role and to offer you the broadest possible insight into our industry within the group with our locations. You have completed hotel management school or are about to do so. You already have several years of experience in the hotel industry and would like to apply your broad specialist knowledge and practical skills and work your way up to a management position. You are characterised by a passion for the profession and a high level of self-motivation. You enjoy working independently, are proactive and guest-orientated and also have an affinity for technical systems. Your manners are engaging and you have good IT and MS user skills. You speak perfect German and your English is business fluent. Another national language is an advantage.
