MICE Operations Specialist – Groups/Sport

Revier Hospitality Group AG is the management company for our hotel brands PRIVÀ and REVIER. At our head office in Lenzerheide, we develop sites for our two hotel concepts and are responsible for the marketing and management of the group. Operations Specialist MICE – Groups/Sport

In this role, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for the hotel group’s centrally managed booking processes for the PRIVÀ and Revier brands, with a focus on weddings, groups and sports teams. You will handle written and telephone enquiries, prepare bespoke quotations and coordinate bookings and events through to their successful completion.

Your responsibilities will also include managing individual and group bookings in the Mews PMS system, managing rates and restrictions, and maintaining sales channels. As a 2nd-level support specialist, you will assist with complex booking enquiries and work closely with our hotels as well as internal and external partners. Your role is based at our head office in Graubünden (currently in Lenzerheide, moving to Chur in future). Regular assignments at our hotels round off your remit.

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship in the hospitality industry and have several years’ professional experience, ideally in reservations, front office or MICE. You work in a structured, solution-oriented and service-oriented manner and have a strong affinity for digital systems. As a committed individual, you think holistically, enjoy working across departments and are open to new challenges. Where required, you will also support day-to-day hotel operations. Your first language is German, and you are business-fluent in both spoken and written English. Ideally, you will also have a good command of French.
