For our kitchen team we are looking for a personality as: Cook / Chef de Partie / Entremetier - immediately or by arrangement.
You will be jointly responsible for the production and preparation of dishes for the à la carte and banquet / seminar business. It is important to you to proactively help shape and optimise the kitchen processes and thus ensure efficient working methods. You will be jointly responsible for the quality of the dishes and food and the correct adherence to hygiene principles and will be involved in incoming goods and stock control in accordance with HACCP guidelines. You will also be happy to play an active role in training, guiding and supporting our apprentices.
